Prime Minister Patrick Manning is Fucking Crazy
I'm under a lot of stress lately, but this has in no way impacted on this post, well ok maybe just a little.
I'm just fedup of being logical and pragmatic by saying that the Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago, Patrick Manning is a megalomaniac, schizophrenic or just simply stupid.
