The Undisputed Truth

The Truth Shall Set Us Free

A Picture’s Worth a Billion Dollars

Hey well we’ll never see a damn thing to benefit anyone other than the companies who got all that money to “improve” Port-of-Spain from the Summit but we got these pictures at least :

obamalara

Brian Lara and Barack Obama. Obama said it was cool meeting “the Michael Jordan of Cricket”. Lara is supposedly showing Obama how to bat. Somehow Obama looks more like he’s dancing the foxtrot or something

obama-and-manning

Barack Obama and Patrick Manning. When asked by Shelly Dass if he thinks he could learn from Obama, Manning said yes, and he may even be able to teach Obama a thing or two. What a tool.

Obama walking by some Trinidad Defense Force officers. They did a good job here to appear normal, but when I saw it live they were literally giggling with awe from I guess just being inches away from the US President.

My favorite picture so far for the year. There we see Manning signing the declaration by himself, then later arising to smile as if it was anything other than epic fail.

Business as usual, random, violent, unsolved crimes that happened just today. Are the “world’s eyes” still on us? Maybe the criminals should have signed the declaration too?

And the bullshit continues as well. Here is government minister Mariano Browne somehow trying to  explain why some 34 leaders did not sign the “Declaration of Port-of-Spain”, ofcourse other than it just being a total failure in negotiations, at one point he blames Bolivian President Evo Morales for the whole thing.

And life goes on! I hate to say I told you so, but I told you so Trinidad.
