Travel along any of the highways at any time of the day, any day of the week, you may run into stop-still traffic. You may peer out of the driver’s window to realize there’s an accident a mile ahead. You may then feel as if the cause of the traffic is because of this unfortunate accident right? Wrong.
The traffic jam is a result of literally every car which passes the scene of the accident either slowing down to have a look or even pulling on the shoulder or median to come out of the car to have a look. Insane. In some places, it may also involve robbing the victims of the accident of their possessions, and running off. third-world style.
But seriously, Trinis love accidents. For marketing purposes, little banners or flyers at the side of a crashed Honda = best ad slot ever.
